Code of Conduct
The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to provide a general statement regarding Intico’s expectations as to the legal, professional and ethical nature as to the conduct of Intico’s employees, staff members, agents and independent contractors while acting on Intico’s behalf.
After reading this document you should be able to:
1. Understand Intico’s expected standards of conduct and behaviour in the workplace; and
2. Understand how Intico staff deal with ethical problems that may be encountered while acting on Intico’s behalf.
The Code of Conduct has three underlying principles:
1. The general public has a right to expect the highest integrity and competence from Intico.
2. Intico’s clients are entitled to impartial and accurate advice, and to be promptly informed of our findings.
3. All staff have rights and obligations as employees, staff members, agents and independent contractors.
