As a feature of the many tertiary education programs that require students to complete professional work experience, Bureau Veritas is an active employer of tertiary students for seasonal Internships. The Company typically has opportunities for students studying Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, Metallurgy and Applied Science (Chemistry). Equally, we are an active employer of Trainee’s through our Technical Engineering Traineeship. The Traineeship is for those who are keen to pursue a career in engineering through a work-based learning program. Likewise Bureau Veritas offers development support in other areas of technical career advancement, including supporting staff to complete Certificate III courses in Laboratory Skills or completion of post-graduate Diplomas in Metallurgy.

Our Indigenous Employment Program
Bureau Veritas Australia recognises and respects the importance of Indigenous Australian culture, heritage and the local customary needs of indigenous people and their communities. As a measure of this commitment we have a Commonwealth Government approved Indigenous Employment Program in place, whereby we commit to train and employ indigenous workers in a our Engineering Technical Traineeships or Laboratory Technician Trainees.
